TTPP held its first meeting of the new board of directors.
Real Estate Professionals Association ( The Turkish Property Professionals), established in Alanya, held its first meeting by choosing a new board of directors after the pandemic.
The meeting was attended by the president of the association, Dr. Yakup Uslu, and other board members; Emre Kodal, Furkan Gülten, Samet Uğurlu, Seyhan Arabacı, Ayhan Aslan, Emrah Cila, Kenan Tunç, Şükrü Cimrin attended.
Although TTPP (The Turkish Property Professionals) was established in Alanya, the association has members from Antalya, Izmir, and Istanbul.
President of the Association, Dr. Yakup Uslu made a statement after the meeting: Our association consists of real estate producers and marketing companies in Alanya and Turkey, that is, both construction and real estate. Members are recruited by reference method, and especially expert companies are accepted.
Turkey and especially Alanya have been attracting the attention of foreign investors and 2nd homebuyers in recent years. These people are purely investors, not refugees. It contributes significantly to the economy of our country. We want to put forward constructive solutions regarding the residence restriction of foreign investors.
The activities of our association will contribute to the real estate sector in the medium and long term. We want to provide safe service to locals and foreigners who wish to acquire real estate from our country. We want to increase the reliability of our companies engaged in the real estate trade, and to ensure that the prestige of the profession in the world is formed in our country.
One of our goals is to increase cooperation with our members and establish a network of reliable companies throughout the country.
On the other hand, we started working to create a real estate portal where companies with real estate trade authorization certificates can advertise. We will be online as soon as possible.
Dr. Uslu, we are promoting our country and Alanya both in the digital field and at international fairs in the most effective way. Our members are very active in many countries. With the awareness of social responsibility, we will contribute to the increase of the brand value of our country and region.
