TTPP – The Turkish Property Professionals

 TTPP is an association of real estate and construction companies in Turkey. It was officially established in 2018. The headquarter of the association is in Alanya, Turkey.

After the substantial change of legislation concerning the real estate sector in Turkey in 2018, the conditions for doing real estate business became much more strict.

The real estate business is no more job for retired people or people with no “real profession” as it used to be perceived. For the first time the working conditions in the real estate sector, as well as the regulations about owning a real estate company, were officially set by law in 2018. The new law aspires to improve the reputation of the real estate sector in Turkey and the people who work in the sector.

As TTPP, we would like to help the Turkish real estate industry to get the reputation it really deserves by means of gathering professional and trustable Turkish real estate companies. The purpose of the association is to shelter companies that are selling, consulting, building, and marketing real estate in Turkey in order to protect their rights, share information, increase solidarity among members, reach high quality and professional level of service, to standardize the working conditions and methods, to follow and apply the technological developments.

 

The TTPP aims at implementing the values of morality, legality and transparency in the real estate sector in Turkey.

TTPP Management
